Erste Gewinne hat das Finleap-Startup 2019 gemacht und erh\u00e4lt nun weitere Millionen f\u00fcr das Wachstum.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Schon vor drei Jahren gab es einen ungew\u00f6hnlichen Deal: Zalando investierte in das Inkasso-Startup Pair Finance. Nun legt der Berliner Mode-H\u00e4ndler nach. Zusammen mit dem Bestandsinvestoren Yabeo und dem Company Builder Finleap, der das Startup gegr\u00fcndet hat, steckt Zalando weitere zwei Millionen Euro in das Unternehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Fintech ist ein Inkasso-Dienstleister, beispielsweise f\u00fcr H\u00e4ndler wie Zalando, den M\u00f6bel-Shop Home24 oder das Payment-Unternehmen Klarna. \u201eWir errechnen f\u00fcr jeden Kunden, auf welchem Weg wir ihn am besten ansprechen\u201c, sagt Pair-Finance-CEO Stephan Stricker. Auch \u00fcber Whatsapp kontaktiert das Unternehmen beispielsweise die Kunden mit versp\u00e4teten Zahlungen und bietet etwa eine Ratenzahlung an. Pair Finance verdient eine Geb\u00fchr an den Forderungen, die es zur\u00fcckholen kann. F\u00fcr dieses Jahr peilt das Unternehmen einen hohen einstelligen Millionen-Umsatz an, hei\u00dft es. \u201eDas Unternehmen ist seit dem vergangenen Jahr bereits profitabel und kann monatlich sechsstellige Gewinne verbuchen\u201c, sagt Stricker.<\/p>\n<p>Das Geld aus der Finanzierungsrunde soll in neue Projekte flie\u00dfen, \u00fcber die das Fintech noch nicht sprechen will. Es besch\u00e4ftigt mittlerweile 80 Mitarbeiter. Die Unternehmensbewertung ist derweil auf 60 Millionen Euro gestiegen. In der Regel gilt es auch als Zeichen an den Markt, wenn Bestandsinvestoren die Bewertung anheben. \u201eDie Geldgeber sehen in Pair Finance eine riesige Chance und wollten ihre Anteile erh\u00f6hen \u2013 sie haben keinen Anreiz, die Bewertung k\u00fcnstlich in die H\u00f6he zu treiben\u201c, sagt Stricker.\u00a0 Als neuer Investor sei au\u00dferdem Ralph M\u00fcller, langj\u00e4hriger Vorstand von Postbank und Deutsche Bank, an Bord gekommen.<\/p>\n<p>Stephan Stricker erwartet, dass das Inkasso-Gesch\u00e4ft in den kommenden Wochen anzieht. \u201eWenn die Arbeitslosigkeit steigt oder die Menschen durch Kurzarbeit weniger Geld haben, steigt auch die Zahl derer, die nicht p\u00fcnktlich zahlen\u201c, sagt der CEO.
