Der Investor Fortress Investment Group setzt auf das Berliner Unternehmen GNIW, das f\u00fcr Immobilienbesitzer einen R\u00fcckmietkauf anbietet. Szenek\u00f6pfe haben die Firma in den vergangenen Jahren aufgebaut.<\/em><\/p>\n

Das Start-up GNIW gewinnt einen Gro\u00dfinvestor: Fortress Investment Group, hinter dem der Staatsfonds von Abu Dhabi Mubadala steht, macht eine Finanzierungszusage \u00fcber eine halbe Milliarde Euro. Die Finanzierung wird \u00fcber ein gemeinsames Joint Venture verwaltet. F\u00fcr diesen Betrag will der milliardenschwere Fonds deutsche Immobilien ankaufen. GNIW, das f\u00fcr \u201eGesellschaft f\u00fcr Nachhaltige Immobilienwirtschaft\u201c steht, sucht die Immobilien aus und managt das Portfolio.<\/p>\n

Dabei hat sich das Unternehmen auf einen sogenannten R\u00fcckmietkauf spezialisiert: Die GNIW erwirbt Einfamilienh\u00e4user von \u00e4lteren Menschen, die ihr Eigenheim zu Geld machen wollen, aber trotzdem in dem Haus wohnen bleiben wollen. Im Gegensatz zu Konkurrenten kauft der Berliner Anbieter immer die Immobilie komplett. Damit halte man das Konstrukt einfach, sagt Sascha Lohfink, der das Unternehmen zusammen mit Henryk Seeger leitet. Bei den Wettbewerbern kauft der Anbieter meist nur weniger als die H\u00e4lfte der Immobilie.<\/p>\n

Nach einer eingehenden Pr\u00fcfung soll sich Fortress von der Expertise des Berliner Anbieters \u00fcberzeugt haben. Finanziert wurde das Unternehmen von Start-up-K\u00f6pfen, darunter der Project-A-Gr\u00fcnder Florian Heinemann oder der Friendsurance-Gr\u00fcnder Sebastian Herfurth.
